History & Favorites

Keep track of all your prompt improvements and save the best ones for quick access.

History Tab

The History tab shows all your past prompt improvements, organized by date. Every time you improve a prompt, it's automatically saved here.

What's Saved

Each history entry includes:

• Original prompt - Your input text
• Improved prompt - The AI-enhanced result
• Skill used - Which skill was applied
• Date and time - When it was created
• Tokens used - Processing details (for reference)

Viewing History Items

1. Click the History tab in the popover
2. Scroll through your past improvements
3. Click any item to view the full details
4. Use the Copy button to copy the improved prompt

Searching History

Use the search bar at the top of the History tab to find specific prompts:

• Search matches both input and output text
• Search is case-insensitive
• Results update as you type

Favorites

Save your best prompts to Favorites for instant access without searching through history.

Adding to Favorites

There are two ways to save a prompt to Favorites:

1. From History: Click the heart/star icon on any history item
2. From Detail View: Open a history item and click "Add to Favorites"

Managing Favorites

Access your saved prompts in the Favorites tab:

• Copy - Quickly copy the improved prompt
• View - See full details including original and improved text
• Remove - Remove from favorites (doesn't delete from history)

Deleting History

You have full control over your history data:

Delete Single Item

1. Find the item in History
2. Click the delete (trash) icon
3. Confirm deletion

Delete Multiple Items

1. Click "Select" to enter selection mode
2. Check the items you want to delete
3. Click "Delete" and confirm

Clear All History

1. Click "Clear All" button
2. Confirm that you want to delete all history

Privacy & Data

Your history is stored securely on our servers and associated with your account:

• History syncs across devices when you sign in
• Only you can access your history
• Deleting your account removes all history permanently

Use Cases

Building a Prompt Library

Use Favorites to build a personal library of effective prompts:

1. Create prompts for common tasks
2. Save the best ones to Favorites
3. Copy and adapt them when needed

Learning from History

Review your history to understand what makes prompts effective:

• Compare your original text with improvements
• Notice patterns in effective prompts
• Apply learnings to future prompts

Reusing Prompts

Instead of recreating similar prompts, find and adapt previous ones:

1. Search history for a similar prompt
2. Copy the improved version
3. Modify as needed for your current use
