We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Prompt Assistant subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through any of the following methods:
- Email us at support@oshn-ai.com with your account email and reason for the refund request
- Contact Paddle (our payment processor) directly at paddle.net
Please include your registered email address and order/transaction ID (if available) to help us process your request faster.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund
- First-time subscription purchases within 30 days
- Service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the app
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
Partial Refunds
If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day period, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (except for service defects)
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Free credits or promotional offers
Processing Time
- We will respond to your refund request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
- Your account will revert to the free plan with limited credits
- Your prompt history and custom skills will be preserved

Payment Processor
All payments for Prompt Assistant are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.
When you see a charge on your statement, it will appear from Paddle, not from Prompt Assistant or Oshn AI directly.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in your account being suspended.
