By using Prompt Assistant, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

Prompt Assistant is a macOS application that uses AI to improve and enhance text prompts. The service requires an internet connection and a valid account.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
  • One account per person unless otherwise agreed

4. Credits and Billing

The service uses a credit-based system. Free accounts receive 10 credits. Paid subscriptions provide monthly credit allowances that reset each billing cycle.

  • Credits do not roll over between billing periods
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the service
  • Share account credentials
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your input text. The improved prompts generated are yours to use. The Prompt Assistant software and brand remain our property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
